I had one session with Kieran and cannot recommend him more highly. A few days after our appointment I played golf a couple of times and I felt completely different. The anxiety I used to feel when there were people behind us or watching me just wasn’t there. I had two great rounds! "My sessions with Kieran really helped me as I was suffering from anxiety after a bereavement.  He gave me time to talk and space to cry, I felt heard for the first time in many years.  He was knowledgeable and able to give me tools and tasks to complete that were specific to my needs.   Once I started doing the tasks as well as the breathing exercises I started see improvement in my levels of anxiety and also in my general mood.   I am so thankful to have these tools as I use them daily now and continue to see and feel improvements in my general mental and physical health."

I went to see Kieran in desperation as my life was becoming a constant anxiety.

"We had a session at work from Kieran about mental health and how to improve sleep. The way Kieran described how you need to have balance in your life to have good mental health was really interesting. The way he broke it down and explained it was brilliant, and really easy to understand and cleared a lot of things up for me personally. The sleep part of the session was really informative and he gave information about why good sleep is important to maintain good metal health. He gave us tips on how to improve our sleep which I have put into practise. I was sceptical about this session but ended up getting a lot out of it and would definitely like to attend more session with Kieran."
